Like looking up to the CN Tower in downtown Toronto, our dreams can all seem to be so far away. You can see the end goal from so far away, but the closer it gets, the more daunting it looks. But that’s not what drove the five pioneers of Yonge Entertainment; they wanted to sit at the top of the tower.

They thought that it would be easier to get there with the people who brought them to this particular point. The goal was to create content that people could understand, based on conversations being held in basements and living rooms everywhere. Their success was based on the people that surrounded them. Success is an attainable goal for everyone. Here is how they did it.
